Where at all possible we will always try and repair your tyre as opposed to replacing it. If you encounter a puncture and find a nail or screw sticking out of your tyre we recommend that you leave it there and take off the wheel and bring it in to our West London tyre centre. This will improve your chances of saving the tyre.

Tubed motorcycle tyres
Punctures to tubed motorcycle tyres can usually be easily repaired, as long as the tyre itself is not badly damaged, by simply replacing the punctured inner tube .Once the inner tube has been replaced, the tyre itself can then repaired.

Tubeless motorcycle tyres
Punctures to tubeless motorcycle tyres can be repaired although not as easily as tubed tyres. Mushroom plugs can be used to plug the tyre safely, assuming the damage isn't too great. Unfortunately tyres with structural damage, or side wall puntures, cannot be repaired.

Radial motorcycle tyre
Most radial tyre punctures are terminal. Due to integral nature of the continuous belt used in the construction of a radial tyre, there is danger of tyre distortion under extreme use if the belt is in the least bit damaged. We will only undertake puncture repairs to radial tyres if the belt isn't damaged.

Please note that the use of instant emergency tyre repair treatments usually means that the tyre cannot be repaired.
